Welcome to Riches Home Renewal. By scheduling services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are designed to protect both your property and our business while ensuring the best possible service experience.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service, you agree to our pricing, scope of services, policies, and scheduling requirements. All services provided are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may result in the full-service rate being charged.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

3. Access Policy

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property.

  • If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of $25 may apply.

  • Please ensure all pets are secured and any special entry instructions are provided in advance.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via Square, credit/debit card, or approved electronic payment apps.

  • Tips are never expected but always appreciated for exceptional service.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied.

  • If you’re not happy with any part of your service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly return to address any concerns at no additional cost.

  • After 24 hours, all services are considered final.

 

6. Liability & Damages

  • Our cleaners are trained, background-checked professionals.

  • We are fully insured and bonded.

  • Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Damage caused by faulty fixtures, unsecured items, or pre-existing issues

    • Cleaning surfaces that are improperly sealed (e.g., marble, hardwood, grout, etc.)

    • Loss or damage to items not secured or disclosed in advance

 

7. Right to Refuse Service

Riches Home Renewal reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for:

  • Unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile environments

  • Presence of illegal substances or weapons

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff

 

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal and property information is kept strictly confidential.

  • We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to any third parties.

  • Your trust is our priority.

 

9. Pets

  • We love pets, but for safety and efficiency, please secure all pets during service.

  • We are not responsible for accidental pet escapes if doors are left open for access.

 

10. Weather or Emergency Delays

  • In cases of severe weather or emergencies, service may be rescheduled for the safety of our team.

  • We will always communicate any changes in advance.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
